REGULATIONS ON INTERNATIONAL HIGHER ACADEMIC COUNCIL (IHAC)

Regulations on the IHAC at the MUFO

The IHAC is the world’s first and only permanent comprehensive scientific institution with multifunctional goals and objectives. The IHAC has international accreditation.

The IHAC deals with internationally important issues (both theoretical and practical) that are of intergovernmental significance. The IHAC is composed of scientists of international renown. The IHAC trains high-level international scientific and managerial personnel, unique specialists in various fields of science and scientifically significant activities. Such specialists, like those who train them, are of global value.

The International University of Science has a multi-level systemic and organizational structure:

1. Presidium of the International University of Science (headed by the President)

2. Joint Academic Council

3. Specialized Academic Councils

4. Expert Council

5. Groups of Consultants

Foreign scientists are included in the Academic Councils at all levels and in the groups of consultants.

The IHAC provides scientific consultations to applicants from various countries around the world for international academic degrees (bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate, grand doctorate) to help applicants prepare their dissertations for defense at the IHAC meeting, organizes the entire defense process, and awards academic degrees.

The IHAC provides scientific guidance to special scientific laboratories and special scientific centers operating under the IHAC.

The IHAC has the right to independently implement and offer various scientific programs (taking into account their practical value and real cost) to customers interested in such programs (universities, scientific institutions, etc.) and, if they are accepted and approved, to coordinate the actual implementation and subsequent application of the programs.

IHAC members are engaged in individual and collective scientific and scientifically significant activities.

The ICSU publishes its own specialized publications with the participation of foreign scientists: comparative periodicals (scientific journal, scientific almanac) and thematic collections, monographs. Publications are produced in various languages of the world, in print and electronic formats.

The IHAC organizes and conducts various international (world) congresses, conferences, etc.

The MVUS counts on sponsorship and other assistance and support from individuals and various organizations interested in the diverse activities of the IHAC at the MUFO.
